Ahh Swimming... hopped in the pool for a quick dip this evening. It was nice to to be back.

I think it is funny that I am in the 'Fast' Lane at the pool, but for now I will take it.

Left shoulder was sore for the first 300 meters but it seemed to work itself out. I will have to keep my eye on that one.
