Felt guilty... got off my butt and went for a run.

Nice weather today - 8ºc with only a little wind.
Able to wear shorts today :)

Ran just under 7km @ a 5:45 pace. (slow... but eating habits have suffered due to the holidays :) )

Felt fairly good.
