So I went to System Fitness for the first time this morning.
Rode the bike... which sucked... still thinking about getting a fluid trainer so that biking actually feels like biking and not terrible like it did this morning.
After my ride did some stretching which I need to focus on much more this year.
Now I am off to the International Bowl at the Skydome to take in some NCAA Football.
