It is almost time...

Once I finish up with the National Cheerleading Champioships here in Brampton On Dec. 2nd/06 I will once again begin training for next season... I am still working out the kinks in my training plan but I think I have come up with something that will work for me.

So right now I am looking at my race schedule for the upcoming season. I think I have it narrowed down but am still not 100% sure... next the training plan.
